Carved from a branch of Hawthorn.

This lovely little Whitethorn needs no introduction,a prime symbol of fertility, it was always the traditional tree used at wedlock for it reflects the union of the forces of nature.

It is perhaps through the Hawthorn that we see the greatest tussle between pagan nature worship and the strictures of the christian church.

A lovely wild nature spiral and a little red sash,  looks and feels so "magical"
